Police release CCTV images of suspect who exposed himself on Croydon bus

Police have released CCTV images of a man who allegedly exposed and touched himself on a bus near Croydon.

The suspect, believed to be around 50 years old, with a long, grey beard was sitting on the upper deck of the SL7 bus from Heathrow to Croydon between approximately 8:15 am and 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 31 when he committed the offence. 

He is said to have been wearing a white T-shirt with a blue turban at the time of the incident.  

Police are investigating reports of the incident and have appealed for the public’s help in identifying the offender.

The case has been linked to a similar incident on August 6, in which the same man allegedly assaulted women as he walked past them on East Avenue in Southall. The suspect was said to be wearing an orange turban at the time. 

A police statement said that no injuries were reported in either incident.
